These Terms of Service govern your use of FADLIVE (the “site”). By accessing or using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. About the site
FADLIVE is an editorial affiliate platform publishing verified coupon codes, live-priced product listings sourced from affiliate APIs, brand-directory profiles, hands-on reviews and price comparisons across fashion, beauty, accessories and home. We earn a commission when readers buy through our links, but merchants never pay for placement.
2. Affiliate disclosure
Many links on FADLIVE are affiliate links. If you click a link and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. This does not influence our editorial decisions. Our full practices are described on the Affiliate Disclosure page.
3. Intellectual property
All trademarks, logos and brand names displayed on the site belong to their respective owners. Text, photography, design and original editorial content created by FADLIVE are owned by us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
4. User accounts
If you create an account you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and may not register multiple accounts to abuse features such as saving deals.
5. Submissions and merchant offers
The “Submit an offer” form lets merchants and readers propose brands, codes or catalogues. By submitting, you confirm you have the right to share the information and that it is accurate. We review every submission before publication and may decline or edit anything that fails verification or does not fit our verticals.
6. Pricing, availability and accuracy
Prices, stock levels and discount values are pulled from merchant feeds and partner APIs and can change without notice. We display when a price was last checked, but you must always confirm the final price, availability and any terms at checkout on the merchant’s site. FADLIVE is not responsible for errors in feed data.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to: scrape, harvest or overload the site; attempt to gain unauthorised access; interfere with security features; use the site for unlawful purposes; or misrepresent your affiliation with FADLIVE. We may block or terminate access that violates these terms.
8. Third-party links and merchants
The site contains links to third-party websites and merchants. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, products, prices, policies or practices. Your dealings with any merchant are solely between you and that merchant.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which FADLIVE operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.
